Yes, in nearly all cases. Washington regulations require an asbestos survey by an AHERA-certified inspector before demolition or major renovation, and identified materials must be abated first. We perform both the surveys and the abatement in-house, which keeps the project on one timeline.
Selective demolition removes specific elements such as interior walls, flooring, or a damaged section, while protecting everything around them. Full structural demolition takes down the entire building. We do both, and many projects combine them.
We do, with our own roll-off containers and trucks. Debris is loaded, hauled, and disposed of at approved facilities as part of the project, including separately manifested disposal for any regulated materials.
